Returns and refunds
Ernest Sports offers a 30 day return period. Returns are not accepted without prior approval and the issuance of a Return Authorisation number.
Once approved, the RA number must be shown on the outside of the package and on a note inside. Any new, unopened and unused product may qualify for return subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, including the risk of loss. A used, non-defective product is not subject to return. Downloaded software licences are not returnable.
How to start a return
- Call 855-354-4653 within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- A Return Authorisation number is issued if the return qualifies.
- Write the RA number on the outside of the package and include a note with it inside.
- Ship the product back with all original packaging and accessories.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned unit has been inspected, typically within five business days of arrival. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Faulty on arrival
If a unit arrives damaged or does not power on, call before returning it. Dead-on-arrival units are handled as a warranty claim rather than a return, and no restocking fee applies.
