Shipping and delivery
Orders in the contiguous United States ship by ground service and arrive in three to five business days — a flat $9.99, free on orders of $499.99 or more. Alaska and Hawaii ship at a flat $50 per order; orders to Canada and Europe ship with UPS at rates calculated at checkout.
Rates
- Ground ($9.99 flat): three to five business days across the contiguous United States.
- Free ground shipping: orders of $499.99 or more within the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Free shipping is domestic only — it does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii or international orders.
- Alaska & Hawaii ($50 flat): per order, any order size. Delivery times vary by destination.
- International (calculated at checkout): Canada and Europe ship with UPS — Worldwide Expedited, Worldwide Saver or UPS Standard — priced live at checkout for your address, on everything we sell except the ES Eagle Sim, a large ceiling-mounted unit shipped by freight — contact us to arrange international delivery (the customer handles installation). Duties and import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
Where we ship
Ernest Sports ships to all 50 US states, Washington, DC, Canada and Europe. Other international destinations can be arranged — contact us before ordering. US territories and APO/FPO addresses are not currently served.
Damaged in transit
Inspect the carton on arrival. If the packaging is visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and call 855-354-4653 the same day so a claim can be opened with the carrier.

Tracking details are emailed when your order leaves the warehouse.
