Why buy from an authorised source
The one year manufacturer warranty applies to units bought directly from Ernest Sports or from an authorised distributor. It does not transfer with a change of ownership unless we authorise it in writing, so a second-hand unit or one from an unlisted seller is not covered.
Authorised partners also receive current firmware and the correct regional power adapter, and they can escalate a warranty claim directly to us rather than sending you back to a marketplace.
Buying outside the United States
We ship to selected international destinations directly, with duties calculated at checkout. For markets where we work through a distributor, get in touch and we will point you to the right partner.
